Architecture Support
Work with architecture team to develop full construction plans and MEP’s that comply with federal, state, and municipality regulations
Zoning & Permitting
Research and file paperwork needed for municipality and state requirements
Identify and avoid transactional liabilities with regards to the property’s conformance to governing zoning code
Facility Layout & Design
Consult with building partners on layout and design
Evaluate all options and determine strategic, phased development approach to the overall building project
Facility Design & Build
Serve as the General Contractor throughout the deration of the project
Source various building and material options
